Join an event and
raise funds for mental health!

Here at ReachOut, we envision better mental health and wellbeing for all young people. Make A Move and Laps for Life – our two signature challenges held in October and March respectively – are a great way to challenge yourself to an activity and raise critical funds to prevent youth suicide and raise awareness for the mental health and wellbeing for young people and their families.

Whichever event you support, we’ll be there to work with your organisation every step of the way. We can supply assets, set up personalised pages and even get some leaderboards set up for some healthy competition! Get in touch to learn more by sending an email to supporters@reachout.com.

Set yourself a challenge for March – whether you’re just starting out, or aiming for a personal best (or even a squad goal) join Laps for Life. You can take part from anywhere across Australia, in the pool or in the ocean at any age or fitness level.

You can sign up for the challenge as an individual, or as a team with your colleagues, family or friends and fundraise to help prevent youth suicide. Find out more and register your interest online.

Make A Move for Mental Health

Dedicate 24, 48 or 72 minutes each day in October to either move your body or improve your state of mind – or a combination of both! You can challenge yourself with physical activities like walking, running or cycling, or with self-care activities like meditation, yoga or even knitting. Either way you'll be doing something positive to help young people.

Getting started is easy. It's free to sign up as an individual, with your colleagues, family or friends.
