In 2009 three mates, Peter Johnston, Matthew Gardner and Jack Clarke, embarked on a 1000km journey walking unassisted from Sydney to Brisbane, Australia. The walk was in memory of Jacqueline Johnston who passed away in 2008, raising awareness for www.reachout.com along the way. Over 32 days they had reached approximately 4 million people through newspapers, radio, TV and in person.
