ReachOut announces the departure of CEO Ashley de Silva. Ashley has been a transformational leader, steering us through significant growth and innovation.
Under Ashley’s leadership ReachOut has transformed with the development and launch of PeerChat, and has successfully brought a lived-experience peer workforce into the organisation as a central pillar of our strategy.
ReachOut has also innovated and matured, placing a new focus on impact with our bespoke Social Impact Framework and is working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to develop new digital social and emotional wellbeing resources.
We express our deep appreciation for Ashley's vision and commitment to young people that have shaped ReachOut's future. As we move forward, the Board is actively managing the transition process, ensuring continuity and dedication to our mission – helping young people feel better. We wish Ashley continued success in his future pursuits.
