Macquarie University Psychology Society is organising a Mental Health Panel on Wednesday 4th September 4pm, focused on university students and Putting Mental Health First.
The panel will feature ReachOut Peer Worker Natasha Smith and ReachOut Online Community Moderator Stephanie Long, who will be sharing personal stories, giving tips on how to cope with struggles in academic and personal life, and provide advice on how students can help each other.
If you feel inspired by ReachOut's panelists, we would be very grateful for your support by making a donation towards our free, online, anonymous services to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all young people across Australia.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated and will help provide immediate support to young people in need.
