There are certain people you will never forget, and Elise was truly one of them. She left an unforgettable mark on everyone she met. Having the chance to know someone like Elise is something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. She had so much to give this world, and in many ways, this world was too small for her too. Elise was endlessly curious and passionate about life, and that’s why her loss is so incredibly hard. She loved her life deeply and inspired so many of us to love ours even more. It's remarkable how much energy and joy one person can bring, and I will always be forever grateful that she gave us that. Even though we can’t create new memories together, we’ll live an adventure in your honor. You knew how to live life fully, and now we’ll live this life for you. Your towels still hang in our kitchen back home in Sweden, and our home will always remain open to you. Until we meet again, we’ll share your stories with that same smile you always had, and we’ll have some extra toast skagen and cinnamon buns on the table. Daddy Forsberg will look after you in heaven until it’s our time to come. Your Swedish family will love you forever, vi älskar dig så vår ängel vår ❤️
