This September, GPT is stepping up to the challenge to walk 10,000 steps every day to help prevent youth suicide and save lives.

The money you raise will help ReachOut provide vital support and resources for young people and their families experiencing a mental health difficulty so they can feel better.

Every dollar you raise can help provide free mental health support for young people and their families:

$25 could help support the creation of a piece of strength-based online content to help young people understand what they’re going through and feel immediate relief.

$48 could provide 12 young people with access to ReachOut's services to help them feel better.

$75 could help provide a young person with a one-on-one session with a trained peer worker through PeerChat to anonymously get help and connect to feel better.

$105 could help support the development of high school classroom tools to support 30 young people with their mental health and wellbeing.

You can log your laps in three easy steps:
Step 1: Log In to your StepOut for ReachOut dashboard.
Step 2: Click on ‘My Fitness Activity’ and manually add your laps under ‘Add My Progress’.
Step 3: Click ‘SAVE CHANGES’ to ensure your steps are added to your online tally on your fundraising page.
