The Sorter from ReachOut.com has been added to Apps4Change, a great new initiative of the Telco Together Foundation promoting mobile apps for social good.

Apps4Change is an initiative of the Telco Together Foundation, a registered charity uniting the telecommunications industry to help Australians in need.
