ReachOut CEO Jono Nicholas named as one of Pro Bono Australia’s Impact 25 Award winners

09 Dec 2016
Thanks to everyone who voted for ReachOut CEO Jono Nicholas in Pro Bono Australia’s Impact 25 Awards, which recognise individuals who have made a positive impact within the Australian social sector.

We are very pleased to report that thanks to your support, Jono has been voted as one of the Impact 25 Award winners in recognition of ReachOut’s work in digital youth mental health.

“It’s humbling to be a recipient of this award and a great testimony of the support of ReachOut’s work in the community,” Jono said.

“ReachOut has been changing the way young people access mental health support since we launched the world’s first online mental health service nearly 20 years ago. Our practical support, tools and tips help young people get through anything from everyday issues to tough times, and the information we offer parents through our recently launched ReachOut.com/Parents service that we launched this year makes it easier for them to help their teenagers, too.

“With 1.58 million users trusting us to help them each year, ReachOut provides solutions for young people by helping them understand and deal with their issues.

“With your support, we will work hard to ensure that even more young people get the help they need.”

“I’d like to also pay tribute to and congratulate the many other award winners and nominees of Impact 25 – an inspirational group of people doing great work across the sector.”
