Jonathan Nicholas, CEO of the Inspire Foundation, the organisation behind youth mental health service, ReachOut.com, has praised the Government’s investment of $1.5 billion in new money for mental health, saying that the allocation of $14.4 million towards an online mental health portal represents an encouraging first step towards a comprehensive e-mental health strategy that could ensure efficient and equitable mental health services in Australia.
